Q. RSC is a small company. Wouldn't I be better using a larger company?

A. Its the old story of being big enough to cope and small enough to care. If you had a project engineered by RSC ten years ago, we still have all the project records readily at hand. More importantly, you will still be talking to the same people who were involved in the original design of your system.

Q. Where does the majority of RSC's business come from?

A. Existing customers as well as New customers!

Q. At what stage should RSC become involved in a new project?

A. The earlier the better. Many of our long established customers involve RSC at the project outset. In this way we are able to suggest solutions which might not be possible at a later date, if the mechanical design is too far advanced.

Q.What happens at the end of the day if RSC cannot make a system work to the specification?

A. This situation has not arisen in the 30+ years we have been doing business. We know what we are good at and we only take on projects where we are certain of success.
